Text, voice, or video — which mode should you use?

The right door is the one you can leave without regret. Talzy runs three queues, so the mode you tap is the mode you get.

Start here if you are in a shared room, on a slow connection, or you do not want a stranger to see your face. The camera stays off. You can still skip with Next the second the chat feels wrong.

Voice

Voice is the middle path: a real person’s tone, no picture. It also survives a weak network better than video. You will only match people who also chose voice — nobody can flip you into a camera call mid-chat.

Video

Video is the closest thing to meeting someone. Check your background first. Read video chat privacy before you tap it. If the other person is a black screen, a loop, or pressure for anything sexual, leave.

Why separate queues matter
